  • See at trailhead.

Trail: Kennedy Meadows Pack Station to Relief Reservoir

Where: Emigrant Wilderness within the Stanislaus National Forest

The hike begins at Kennedy Meadows Pack Station:

38.31128, -119.7461 (can copy/paste directly into google maps)

42421 CA-108, Pinecrest, CA 95364 (this address takes you a half mile from the store, but you’ll see the store first!)

http://kennedymeadows.com/

When: Meet between 9:30-10am at the store (there’s a little deck area) on Saturday June 15th. Kelsey will be wearing a bright pink shirt!

Other Pertinent Info:

  • There is no service at the trailhead. If you get lost, there will be plenty of people around Kennedy Meadows to ask, or you can go back down (west) on Highway 108 to Summit Ranger Station and ask for directions.

  • You can download this information page in the link below.

  • It takes around 3 hours to get to the trailhead from Sacramento and about 3.5 hours from San Francisco. There is lodging in Pinecrest or Sonora if you’d like to split the drive up. There are typically open parking spots at the store, but after we meet, we can show you were overflow parking is.
